Refund Policy

1. Scope

The current website does not sell goods or services. If we introduce paid offerings in the future, the following principles will apply unless we publish updated terms at the point of sale.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal (EU)

For consumers in the European Union, you may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of confirmation without giving reasons, except where digital content delivery has begun with your explicit prior consent and acknowledgement that the withdrawal right is lost.

3. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy excludes consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. If a product is faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy as set out in the law.

4. How to request a refund

  • Write to partners@kneemobility.world quoting your order reference.
  • Include a brief description of the reason for the request.
  • We will respond within five working days and aim to resolve approved refunds within 14 days.

5. Method of refund

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may apply.
